When you are angry at the world, or just a friend or member of the family, dont bottle your anger up, do something fun.
- Play basketball. When you are throwing the ball around and hitting stuff you feel better.
- Go to your room and read a book. While reading about somebody's adventures or their everyday life, your attention goes to them and not your anger.
- Take a hot shower. While being soothed by hot water that goes down the drain, your anger goes down the drain as well.
These are all things to do when you are angry. Hope it fits you.
